Katelyn Mannix Designs is a Sydney based home business, creating quality hand crafted clothing, gifts & accessories for children from newborn to age 2 years. Katelyn started her business in 2016 and has developed a loyal group of customers through online and market sales. Katelyn was formally trained at TAFE Ultimo so her craftsmanship is assured, & has been making clothes for herself & family for many years.
Katelyn has a passion for designing fun and beautiful pieces for the little ones in our lives. Katelyn’s collection includes a limited range of original items, that are on trend, beautifully constructed in natural fibres & feature quality hand finishes.
The range includes gift packs which are ready to send & there is an option to personalise the gift by building your own customised pack. Her signature A-Line fully lined Dress is a favourite with our customers and can be converted to a swing top when bub outgrows it as a dress. The playful Rompers (also fully lined) are designed with mums & dads in mind with quick nappy access and extra buttons to use as bub grows. The range includes blankets which uniquely feature 2 layers of natural fibres in the filling instead of polyester, so they are soft, breathable & 100% machine washable.
Fabric range includes those by Australian Designer Jocelyn Proust & feature all the gorgeous animals & birds of the Australian bush. Most of our Dress and Bloomer sets are in 100% certified organic floral fabric for that extra quality touch.
All pieces are hand cut, handmade and hand finished by either Katelyn or her mum Cath. They are thoroughly road tested with Katelyn’s nieces & nephews to ensure they meet the practical, sizing & durability standards needed for busy families.
